It really make me realize that often, we're the one who are limiting ourselves, trying "to make it perfect" and things like that!

yeah exactly. in my case, i was too fixated on fundamentals. not to discredit learning them but there's a point where it's too limiting and boring. even after realizing that, i had to take months and months to become comfortable with my current direction but it was definitely worth it.
