yeah exactly. in my case, i was too fixated on fundamentals. not to discredit learning them but there's a point where it's too limiting and boring. even after realizing that, i had to take months and months to become comfortable with my current direction but it was definitely worth it.

It really make me realize that often, we're the one who are limiting ourselves, trying "to make it perfect" and things like that!
We should have fun doing what we want indeed! :D trying new things, etc... we should just try! Trying to discover what we can really do :)
